Swasena Shield includes a free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying, For a paid subscription you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge if you have not made significant use of the service
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, in Saudi Riyal, through our payment provider Moyasar, usually within 7 to 10 business days
Swasena Red Team assessments and enterprise agreements are governed by the signed contract, which sets out its own cancellation and refund terms
